Cancellations

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If the appointment is missed you will be charged for 50% of the service cost. Future appointments will require a pre-payment via a credit card. 

 

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on length of hair, desired objective, hair texture, grey coverage, condition of hair, and amount of time the application and finish takes to achieve desired result. A full consultation and quote will be provided upon request.

 

Gratuities

All gratuities go directly to stylist. No credit cards accepted at front desk for gratuities. Please speak to your service provider.

 

Late Arrivals

We ask for a courtesy call to let us know of a late arrival. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service(s); however, our staff members reserve the right to reschedule the appointment if the guest is too late to complete the scheduled service(s).

 

Confirmations

As a courtesy, we offer multiple ways of receiving appointment reminders. Please contact our front desk to request your preferred way. We offer: Email, Text, and Confirmation calls.

 

First-Time Guest

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please consider traffic delays, parking ramps, and Downtown events. We book an additional 15 minutes for our First Time guests so both you and your stylist have the time for a thorough consultation.

 

We encourage our guests to bring photos or ideas to his/her appointment.

 

Accepted Methods of Payment

We salon accepts Cash (USD), Checks, Bank Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Gift Cards.

 

Gift Cards/Discounts

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift cards, coupons, or other promotions are NOT redeemable for cash.

Child Safety Policy

We request that clients leave no children under 12 unaccompanied in the salon.

 

Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your stylist within 7 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.

 

Product Return & Exchange Policy

We will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase. If you are not happy with the product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If returned after 30 days an exchange for product only or credit towards product only will be issued. We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.
